3. Service Description
3.1 Production Timeline
Standard production time is 2 business days. This timeline begins after order confirmation and payment processing. Production times may vary during peak seasons or for special products.
3.2 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that may affect your business operations.
4. Account and Responsibilities
4.1 Account Security
You must not share your password, let anyone access your account, or do anything that might put your account at risk. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4.2 Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
5. Orders and Payment
5.1 Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled. Please review your orders carefully before confirming.
5.2 Pricing
Product prices include base product cost and printing costs. Shipping costs, taxes, and customs duties (if applicable) are calculated separately and displayed at checkout.

Prices are displayed in your selected currency. Actual charges may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations at the time of payment processing.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Shipping Options
- International Express (Air): 7-9 business days to most destinations - Standard Shipping (Sea): 20-25 business days for orders 12kg and above
6.2 Shipping Restrictions
